This is another Oh She Glows recipe. I am indeed addicted to her blog. What's it to you?!
Annnd I posted the new poll to the right...I think I fixed the problem! (If there was one...) Please take the time to provide your input : )
2 cups oats, processed to a flour
1/2 cup oats (not processed)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Pinch of cloves
2 tbs raw sugar (or white sugar)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbs coconut oil, melted
2 medium (very ripe) bananas
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini semisweet (or darker) chocolate chips
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
1 ripe banana, cut into chunks
Note: If you'd like to make this a dessert dish, simply add the peanut butter glaze on the OSG website
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Mash up the 2 bananas and add in the rest of the wet ingredients (oil, applesauce, milk, vanilla).
Serves 12.
