2 cups pecans
1/2 cup semisweet (or darker) chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Preheat the oven to 325F. Cover a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread your pecans evenly over the sheet. Toast in the oven for 10 minutes, or until nuts have browned a bit, check on them frequently! Different ovens take different amounts of time.
Makes approximately 1 cup.
