Today I'd like to share some recipes and other content I find interesting or relevant. Hopefully you'll find something that interests you as well!
#1: Monday's dinner was Oh She Glows' Black Bean and Butternut Squash Burritos. You really can't go wrong with an Angela Liddon recipe. I've never made anything from her blog that I didn't like.
#2: Tonight we had Tempeh Bahn Mi's on ciabatta bread. My family determined that they needed an aioli or something to make it less dry and that there was too much bread. They still liked the flavors though! Next time we would add a sauce and hollow out the rolls. But don't toss that extra bread! It would be great in a bread pudding :)

#5: Freakonomics Podcast: The Economics of Sleep -- This is an interesting look at sleep and its potential contribution to health and income. I am tempted to do my own review of this research on my blog. Sleep is so important to our well-being!!
