Here is my day in terms of energy in and out:
9:30am Drank 32oz water
11:00am "Nice Cream" topped with Date and Oat Balls [ pictured below; recipe featured soon!]
1:00pm 0.8-mile walk around the neighborhood
Body weight resistance training
1:45pm Vega Viva Vanilla protein + almond milk
4:00pm Baby carrots
5:45pm Black Eyed Peas and Collard Greens with Ginger Sweet Potato Apple Mash and cornmeal muffins
6:15pm Walked the pups with Kevin
7:00pm Gingerade kombucha
9:00pm Open-faced almond-butter & jelly

This morning I wasn't feeling like having my pineapple-packed green smoothie. Instead I opted for a large bowl of chocolate banana "nice cream" with Date and Oatmeal Balls. This is a great option pre-workout or when you're craving something sweet. There are limitless variations out there on this recipe, and I want to wait until I have one to really knock your socks off.
