Cameron and I went to a concert in Denver last night and were crazy parched afterwards, so we both had a small soda. So sue us! Haha I am quickly realizing that my goals for my own challenge are being only somewhat met. I am doing my best to stick to a whole food high-carb, low-fat (HCLF) vegan diet, however this is tricky when I am feeding my entire family and have access to temptations I wouldn't usually indulge in. I will continue to do my best, but once I am living on my own I am excited to show you what a HCLF diet really looks like!
Cameron had their Twister Wrap with crispy Buffalo "chicken". The rest of my family had frozen pizzas (Amy's cheese-less roasted veggie pizza, which is my mom and I's favorite, and a Daiya roasted veg pizza) with salad.
