1/2 English Cucumber
8 oz feta (I use Athena's Chunk Feta Cheese)
16 grape or heirloom tomatoes
16 kalamata olives (I recommend getting olives marinated in herbs)
Prep your ingredients by cutting your half a cucumber into four equal vertical strips. Then cut each strip into 8 chunks. Cut your feta block into 4 slices and then 8 pieces as well. Cut the tomatoes and olives in half lengthwise. You should now have 32 pieces of each ingredient.
