Let me just address something really quick, I know I said you wouldn't be seeing anything until next week, but I couldn't contain myself! These pictures are from a while back when my dream of starting a food blog was just that....a dream. I also feel that Spring Break is a good time to get this up and running so hopefully these are some helpful starter recipes. I know this is a good one in particular for my mouth's current numb and throbbing state...

1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
2 handfuls spinach
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs almond butter
2-3 ice cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
