Let's get to it...this is a quick and dirty post too!
Lazy Vegan Mac N' Cheese
1/2 cup whole wheat/brown rice/buckwheat dry macaroni (or other noodle of your choosing...just make sure no eggs in the ingredient list!)
1/4 cup + 2 tbs Daiya cheddar
3 tbs nondairy milk
(Ratio is 1/4 cup cheese to 2 tbs milk)
fresh black pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta and use the same pan to heat the milk and cheese. Add in your milk of choice first, over medium heat. Add cheese and mix until melted and combined. Add in pepper and adjust ratio if you would like more/thinner or thicker sauce.
