Note: I did not have chocolate extract so I used more vanilla, and I used So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk (not the heavy stuff) instead of almond milk. 10 minutes was plenty long enough for a crunchy outside and soft inside. : ) My batch made 22 cookies.
