The first comes from Oh She Glows /Angela Liddon, a blog / brilliant, artistic, inspirational individual [no I don't know her...I just feel as if I do ;)]. Find the recipe for Smoky Butternut Squash Sauce here. The reason this recipe is so great is because it is wayyy easy to pack in a bunch of veggies and it still tastes indulgent. I made a slightly simplified version of the recipe based on the ingredients I had on hand, and it still turned out heavenly. I added broccoli and peas to gluten free brown rice fusilli and voila! Plus, this recipe is pretty quick to whip up if you're starting with pre-cubed fresh or frozen squash.
