Wednesday we had Barbecue Portobello Quesadillas, which are simple to make and very tasty. We had grilled romaine hearts on the side.
For dessert, my mom had been eyeing a Dark Chocolate Pie from Oh She Glows. She has had the No Bake Chocolate Avocado Torte and really enjoyed, but wanted to try something different. My whole family agreed that it was too heavy and dense in the chocolate filling. This didn't surprise me, considering the ingredient list was basically chocolate chips and canned coconut milk. The crust was divine and I will probably use it in the future for a different pie.
