1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup unpacked brown sugar
4-6 medjool dates (I thought it was sweet enough with 4)
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 big pinches of salt
Process cashews, walnuts, and sugar until they form a fine crumb.
